Wedding Contract

-Pricing Overview: Our pricing includes artist booking, scheduling coordination, extensive communication (often 20-30 emails per wedding), applicable taxes, airbrush makeup (if selected), Ardell or equivalent lashes (if selected), a mini touch-up kit, and travel within 20 miles of our Philadelphia studio. Pricing remains the same whether or not airbrush or lashes are used.

For the third consecutive year, we have chosen not to raise our prices.

-Jr. Wedding Attendants: We do not offer separate pricing for Junior Wedding Attendants. Rates for Flower Children apply to those aged 10 and younger.

-Non-Negotiable Pricing: Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.

-Grooming Services: Marrier and attendant grooming includes styling for finger-length hair and/or light makeup coverage upon request. Additional charges apply for longer hair or more complex makeup.

-Allergy Information: Please inform us of any allergies in advance.

Minimum: A minimum of three services is required per artist.

Maximum: There is no maximum limit; we can accommodate weddings of various sizes. Please contact us to ensure we have enough artists available.

Travel and Parking Fees: We offer complimentary travel within 20 miles of our studio in Philadelphia. Beyond this, a travel fee of $1 per mile per artist applies, with a capped maximum. The client is responsible for any required parking or valet fees (e.g., at hotels in urban areas). For an exact travel quote or details on destination weddings, please inquire.

Early Morning Services: An early morning fee of $100 per artist will apply for each hour before 7 AM.

Overtime Fees: Clients have the option to hire us for extended time to provide touch-ups or changes after photos, after the ceremony, or at any other time needed. We can also return later for touch-ups or adjustments. Please note that additional travel, parking, and setup fees may apply for services at a second location.

Holiday Fees: A fee of $150 applies for major holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day). We do not schedule services on Christmas Day.

Extra Artist: We typically provide two artists for wedding parties of up to six. For parties exceeding six, we will send additional artists at no extra cost. If you have fewer than six attendees but need an extra artist due to time constraints, please inquire; an additional fee of $250 per artist may apply.

Indian/Multi-Day Weddings: For custom pricing, please contact us.

Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated and can be given to the artists on the day of the event. Tips are shared equally among the team.

Grooming Services Minimums: A minimum of two services is required unless booking with the wedding party, in which case there is no minimum. Services must be provided at the same location; otherwise, an off-site travel fee applies.


Please read the following:

Trials are frequently held in our wedding suite at The Sewing Factory Lofts in Philadelphia and occasionally in a salon in Queen Village. The wedding suite is also available for booking on your wedding day.

Additionally, we offer photoshoots with resident photographer and suite owner Amanda Valentine. If you’d like to turn your trial into a photoshoot, we’d love to make it happen! Trials and shoots can be scheduled on the same day, but we do require advance booking to ensure availability.

On-site trials may be accommodated upon request, though they are not available on Saturdays due to prior bookings. If you’re unable to schedule a trial before your wedding, we can discuss details via Zoom or phone.

Retainer Policy: To secure your appointment date and time, a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the retainer and signed contract, and your date remains open until payment is processed. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and similar methods. We do not accept checks or individual payments from wedding party members; the retainer must be made in one transaction.

Booking Policy: You may add hair and/or makeup services to your contract after signing. Please contact us to confirm availability. Services cannot be deducted after the contract is signed; if you choose to reduce services, you will still be charged for the original amount. However, you may replace an individual or service without incurring an additional fee.

Final Balance: Full payment for all services indicated is required no later than 24 hours before your wedding. We accept final payments through e-payment methods only; checks and individual payments from wedding party members are not accepted. The total balance must be paid in one single transaction.

Schedule Confirmation: We will send your wedding schedule one week before your event. If you need it sooner, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your services up to 90 days before your wedding date; however, your retainer will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 90 days will require full payment. In cases of illness, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances affecting our availability, we will assist in making alternative arrangements. If we cannot find a replacement, your retainer will be refunded minus a $150 office fee for coordination efforts. If you pay in full and cancel 90 days or more before your wedding, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable retainer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90 days.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service. All stylists are entitled to respectful treatment and consideration of their personal dignity.
